  • During your days in HDB/MSD there will be no talking whatsoever, no use of technology, no watches, no contact with (or from) the world outside, no mirrors, and no shaving. Anyone found to be non-cooperative to the discipline of  HDB/MSD or found to be a disturbance to the other seekers will be asked to leave HDB/MSD prematurely.
