Hi, guys. Considering what’s happening in the world and what people must be fighting, I’m doing whatever I could, through whatever medium I can, to reach out to you with certain messages.
Please understand we have great limitations as far as infrastructure is concerned, we are literally recording it in a phone camera. In whatever little setting that we have, I’m broadcasting messages.
Here people are saying that audio quality is not okay, Mahatria should be wearing only white and white pyjama kurta and recording and all these stuff. Please understand, we are not in ideal circumstances in this world anymore.
Grow up, show some maturity and learn to appreciate. Not just whatever I’m doing, whatever everybody is doing within their constraints! Everybody is trying to do the best that they could do.
In fact, if there’s anything this period is revealing to me, people who are knowledgeable and people who are matured. We know a lot of stuff. We have read a lot of stuff. We have heard a lot of stuff. There is no dearth of knowledge, but that knowledge applied, is maturity! There are people who are saying that we are already panicking, we have borrowed money to do business right now, there has been no inflow. And what is Mahatria‘s message to us under these circumstances?
Knowledgeable people! But where is the maturity? If ten days of lock-down can shake the roots of the very business that you have been doing, and make you feel insecure about your entire future, then the basic business model needs to be looked at, the basic cash flow management has to be looked at! A few days of lock-down, abundance of technology to still stay in touch with the world outside or keep yourself entertained, and people are writing to me saying that we’re feeling claustrophobic, we’re having panic attack, knowledgeable people, very very knowledgeable people.
But where is the maturity? I will accept the unchangeable, we know. I will have to learn to find peace in helpless situations, we know. Sometimes when you execute a choice, life will give you what you expect, sometime life will give you more than what you expect.
But there will be times when life will give you less than what you expect or the opposite of what you expect. We know, and this is a period when life is giving some of us less than what we expect and some of them, the opposite of what they expect.
And during these times, instead of getting into an emotional drama, accept the unchangeable. Thy will be done, Insha’allah, Prashada Buddhi. Knowledge we have! But if this temporary setback, when around the world, it’s life and death situation for people, when it is hundreds of kilometers of walking for migrant workers, people locked up across the borders, not knowing when they can ever return back to their country, for so many people.
For a few of us, yes, we have a few challenges, a situation, a issue to deal with. And if this can emotionally perturb us so much, then in our own awareness, individual awareness, each one of us have to know, that some of us are knowledgeable, but we lack the maturity.
And it’s an opportunity for us to know where we stand, mere accumulation of knowledge. Except turning our head into a warehouse of knowledge and mere burden, it changes nothing.
At the same time, I do not want to miss this opportunity to celebrate all of you who’ve been centered on your peace, centered on your Prem Sat Chit Anand, anchored on your faith, practicing acceptance.
What maturity?
If there was ever a time you have to look different, you have to look separate from the crowd in just the way you go through this period. Seeing this as opportunity for expressive, demonstrative love, not trading your happiness to the helpless circumstances.
Doing what best you could do under the circumstances. Within the constraints, with all the limitations factored in.
You must be growing in your own eyes. This is the time where you look up to yourself. Very proud of you. And continue to live a life where, you have to look different. When everything is going right, everybody looks the same. When things are not going right, the world very clearly separates the knowledgeable from the mature. applaud, the matured.
You make me proud. This world needs you. Continue to be the psychological strength to the world around you, and by the sheer strength of your maturity, lift the spirits of everyone around you. Love you all so much. Thank you.
