The last few months have been amazing for me
socially, emotionally, I’ve been very happy;
they have been the happiest months of my life.
But then there’s this one…
It’s about my studies…
I see this kind of disappointment
in my parents’ faces,
which causes me so much deep negative emotion,
and I’m not finding a way to get rid of it.
I’m telling you a very, very important lesson
that I’ve learnt in life.
Because you are nice,
people will like you temporarily.
Because you are a success in life,
people will come after you permanently.
Always remember this, this is for all of you.
It’s a very difficult truth to accept.
Nobody wants to accept this but I’m telling you…
You will be liked because
you’re a nice human being.
You will be respected only
because of your success.
You can speak whatever you want to speak.
Gandhi itself because he is a success only,
Mahatma and all we have given
otherwise we would have removed.
If after the entire Bhagavad Gita was delivered,
Arjuna failed in the war.
You think anybody would have even talked about it?

Nobody would have…
Marata Sivaji’s statue and
photograph in every house in Pune
would have been there if he was not a success?
Nobody cares.
This world has seen a lot of
very, very nice human beings.
Dadi (Grand mom) must be an extraordinary woman.
But finally, when a foundation is started,
it will be started on Dadu’s (Grand Dad’s) name.
Not in Dadi (Grand Mom’s) name.
Because Dadu (Grand Dad) is a success.
Dadi (Grand Mom) is a selfless, extraordinary women.
But Dadi’s (Grand Mom’s) name it won’t get started.
Dadu’s (Grand Dad’s) name only it’ll get started because he was the success.
End of the day the world
understands only one language…
that even in spirituality.
The world understands only one language.

because of hair style… they’ve put Einstein, is it?
Because of his success, he is there,
otherwise he won’t be there!
So, end of the day, you have to study.
You have to be a success.
All this social circle you’re talking in terms of
will come automatically.
‘How do I do that?’
By simply creating an internal discipline.
There is a time for studies and
that time you have to study.
That is the only solution.
There is no other solution.
We have to create a time
for study and in that time,
we will have to study.
Right now, before coming to the session,
